As well as acquire, purchase, buy, sell, export, import, or otherwise deal in merchandise of all kinds, types, and qualities and any other lawful business which is permissible within the laws of the Gambia.

WHY DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Whether you are buying, selling, or investing with us, a contract agreement will be issued to you via Biamo which must be signed by all parties involved. Always be sure to read your contract carefully and verify any concerns you have prior to signing. Signing of contract should be done within 1 week after which contract will be deemed null and void.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DOES THE COMPANY PROVIDE AFTER PURCHASE
Upon completion of your purchase, the company is responsible for processing and issuing you with an Alkalo Transfer specific to the area of purchase and in the case of a leased land, a Deem Lease.
WHAT IS AN ALKALO
An Alkalo Transfer is the first Issuance of local Transfer given to any purchaser of land or other real estate.
WHY DO I NEED A POWER OF ATTORNEY
A power of attorney is usually required whereby you wish to conduct business with Biamo through a third party often called a representative. All power of attorney must be stamped by a lawyer if not, it will be rejected and the purchase, sale or other business will not be approved.
DOES THE COMPANY OWNS ALL THE LANDS IT IS SELLING
The company currently own all the lands its selling whether it was acquired outright or under contract. However, the company may from time to time facilitate the brokerage of the sale of lands between seller and purchaser.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE LANDS
Land sizes varies from time to time but most lands are demarcated into 20 metre by 20 metre plots which is approximately 400 square meter's.
